Baskets Commercial and industrial screens are difficult to manufacture.

Screens are commonly made from wire mesh material and in order to filter, the material chosen is often flimsy and will not hold form. Even thicker perforated material has so much internal stress and sometimes work hardening, they are very difficult to form and manufacture. Now, take a screen, add a bottom and you have a basket.

If that basket happens to be used in a centrifuge for instance, there are all kinds of considerations to take into account. Trueform has been designing and constructing centrifuge baskets since a very successful prototype was commissioned in 2017. Since then we have honed our craft and sold hundreds of Stainless Steel centrifuge baskets. We can provide baskets for your desired RPM, run out and weight category.
